Triple mini Moorish Idols

This cute mini moorish idol sculpture by Daniel Lindquist is a little big for the mini title, but the fish are small. It stands 11.5” tall 6” wide and 5” deep and is mounted on a casting of coral rubble painted black to look like lava rock. The borosilicate (Pyrex) glass used in this piece was sculpted with a torch using lampwork or flamework techniques. The vibrant yellow tones in the fish provide a great contrast with the black base and the clear flowing seaweed structures.
